A class action settlement has been reached on behalf of individuals who purchased Behr Deckover stains for use on outdoor decks. It is alleged that the Behr Deckover stains are prone to premature peeling, cracking or chipping when applied to exterior decks.  If you used Behr Deckover between Sept. 1, 2012 and June 27, 2018 you may be entitled to compensation.  You must submit your claim by Feb. 27 2019 or one year from the date of purchase, whichever is later.
